This is a very beautiful German folk-rock album by the artist ASP. The type of music is vaguely similar to E Nomine or Rammstein. All the songs in the album are inspired by different aspects of the after the Krabat legend in Sorbia. They have many other albums as well, which I have barely listened to, these are more similar to generic Neue Deutsche Härte bands and have fewer folk elements. The main vocalist only performs in strange face paint, which is a bit cringe but theatrics like this are par for the course for European rock bands of this type.
